Take a break from your usual lunchtime routine and discover the benefits of meditation. We teach two traditional Buddhist meditations which, if practiced, will help us develop more calm, concentrated and positive states of mind.
The class runs from 1pm until 2pm. The Centre is open from 12.45.

Come along to the Centre and meditate with others. If you’re new to meditation there will be led meditations and guidance to help with your practice.
There is no charge for the class, though there will be an opportunity to make a donation if you want to.
