For this final Sangha Night in the series looking at meditation we will come back to the body.
Listening to a talk by Dhammagita about the importance of the body and its sensations in informing and enabling our practice, taking us to the truth, overcoming conditioning and embracing vulnerability.
Dhammagita was ordained in 2002, having been involved with the West London Centre since 1990. For many years she has taught meditation and Buddhism. She now leads retreats and workshops in the UK, focusing on awareness though working directly with the body and the arts.
