Would you like to find out more about Meditation? Or Buddhism? Try one of our Lunchtime Meditation sessions which run on Tuesdays. These are suitable for beginners and those with experience. Or call in for a chat and a cuppa on one of our Open Afternoons, also on Tuesdays. For a taster you could come to a Sangha (Buddhist Community) Night event. These happen on Thursday evenings and include a period of meditation.

Lunchtime Meditation and Open Afternoons resume on Tuesday 14 August and run till Tuesday 18 December.

We periodically run a six-week Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation course for those who want to gain an overview. For those who have completed that course and want to go deeper, there is the Buddhism and Mediation Level 2 course. Sangha Nights start again after the summer break on Thursday 16th August, 5.30pm to 9pm, and run until Thursday 20th December. The theme for these nights is: What can the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas offer the World? See

Scottish Sangha Weekend – Friday 17th To Sunday 19th August. The theme is ” Dance of the Dakinis” A weekend inspired by the life, teaching and example of Padmasambhava. Booking is through Dhanakosa. A great opportunity to spend the weekend with Dharma practitioners in Scotland.
