Meditation consists of engaging in simple and ancient practices that have been developed to help focus and concentrate our thoughts, feelings and emotions. The practices can develop greater emotional robustness and positivity and integrate the various aspects of ourselves.
We teach the mindfulness of breathing and the metta bhavana meditation techniques. These practices are very old and have been proven over the centuries to work! Meditation is a fundamental tool which if practiced regularly, develops one’s self awareness, making one more conscious and therefore more able to be creative with one’s life.
